  1. For stuffing - soak kidney beans overnight
  2. Then cook in the pressure cooker till it turns soft
  3. Now heat oil in a pan
  4. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and tomato
  5. Then add salt, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, pizza seasoning
  6. Saute well then add cooked beans
  7. Cook for 3-4min and keep aside
  8. For salsa- in a bowl add finely chopped onion, tomato,oil,salt, coriander leaves,lemon juice, chilli flakes and pizza seasoning and mix well. Salsa is ready
  9. Now for taco shell
  10. Knead dough like chapati(flatbread)
  11. Roll chapati and roast on hot tawa
  12. Give the shape of taco shell when it is still hot and roast again
  13. Now take taco shell, spread mayonnaise, beans filling, and salasa.
  14. Serve with Nachos and salsa
