Add ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder,¼ teaspoon cayenne, a pinch of cumin powder, salt to season, 2 tsp lemon juice. Use a blender or just hand mix it to make it smooth.
  3. Step 3- I used cooked shrimp which were cocktail shrimps. You can use any cooked shrimp, or cook the shrimp with spices. Your choice. If using cooked shrimp and if it has tails, pull the tail out and chop them coarsely.Transfer in a bowl. Add 2 tsp kewpie mayo (regular mayo will do too), 2 tsp sriracha, a tsp of sesame oil, 2 tsp chopped green onion, 2 tsp chopped cilantro and mix, since the cocktail shrimp had some salt in it, I didn’t add any extra
  4. Step 4- heat ¼ cup oil on med hi heat.Ready a plate with paper towel. Do a wooden chopstick test for temperature. If the oil bubbles around the chopstick, its hot. Once hot drop the rice paper triangle. It will pop into a beautiful shape immediately, and lift So basically drop and lift, that’s how quickly these rice paper triangles will pop.
