  1. In a bowl, take flour, add salt and oil. Mix well. Add water and knead a soft dough (like paratha). Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil and mash raw bananas. Add salt, ginger-chilli paste, chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, lemon juice and tempering of cumin seeds, hing and turmeric powder. Mix the stuffing well.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them. Dry roast each roti and keep aside.
  4. Spread tomato ketchup on a roti and spread the stuffing on half side of the roti. Grate some cheese and fold. Likewise prepare all the tacos. Roast from both the sides and serve with ketchup or chutney.
