  27. Oil to shallow fry

  29. 2 laccha paratha half cooked (can use readymade or homemade)
  30. 1 tsp Mexican seasoning
  31. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  32. 1/4 cup cheese (mozzarella)
  33. 1 tsp dry oregano
  34. 3 tbsp butter for brushing

  11. U can either bake or pan fry this
  12. For pan frying add 1 tbsp oil or butter in a non stick pan and fry till golden brown from both the sides
  13. For baking pre heat oven to 180 degree for 10mins and bake for 15-20mins or till done
