Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Zunka bhakri soft tacos:
- For making bhakri tacos
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- For beans zunka
- 2 cup chopped beans
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp chopped green chilli
- 1/4 cup water
- For garnishing

- as needed chopped onion
- as needed chopped tomatoes

Steps to make Zunka bhakri soft tacos
- Heat a Kadai with water, oil and salt.
- When water starts boiling then add the rice flour and stir it continuously in low flame
- After sometime it becomes dry. Then switch off the flame and cover it for 20 minutes.
- Then dry roast the gram flour till the raw smell has gone and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan and put oil in it and then add the mustard seeds and when they crackle then add the cumin seeds.
- When all are crackled then add the chopped onion in it and when they become transluscent then add the chopped beans along with the green chilli in it.
- Cover it and cook it for 7-8 minutes in low flame and then add the roasted gram flour along with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt in it.
- If it becomes dry then sprinkle some water over it, mix it and again cook it for 8-10 minutes in low flame. Add some chopped coriander leaves in it and mix it well.
- Then your beans zunka is ready.
- Then knead the dough for 5 minutes to make it soft.
- Make equal size small balls of the dough and then roll them to make small poori like shape.
- Cut it with the help of a cookie cutter.
- Heat a skillet and cook all the bhakris on both the sides and keep them aside.
- Then in each small bhakri put the zunka and fold it and then again put it on the hot skillet and add a little oil and cook on one side in low flame.
- When one side becomes little crispy and turn into light brown in colour then switch off the flame.
- Now your zunka bhakri soft tacos are ready.
- Garnish with some chopped onion, cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves over it.
- Now your soft tacos are ready to serve and serve hot.
