- Method For Paneer bhurji. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and let it sputter for few seconds. Add asafoetida to it. Now add onion and let it become golden brown in colour. Then after add tomato and capsicum to it. Add red chilli powder,turmeric,coriander powder,salt,garam masala to it. Now sprinkle little water in it and make finely gravy of it by continuously stirring it.
