- For Tacos shell:I took flours other than Makka that is corn flours but tastes awesome do try them
- Take the wheat and maida flour, rava, oil and salt bind to medium soft dough, rest up for 15-20mins
- Next roll small puri and fry them keeping in between distance the spatula so that it stands semi circular and we can fill in them our fillings.


- For Filling :Boil the kidney beans. Next take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds next saute onion for 1-2mins next add tomato to them saute again for 2minutes add ginger garlic paste and all spices plus Beans and add very less amount of water and keep them bit thick in texture.

- Now assemble them take a pair of Tacos shell fill them with 1 spoon of beans next chopped spring onion and tomato salsa sprinkle some salt and lastly top up with processed cheese

- Now they are ready to serve with burrito bowl of as a starter to your meal. Enjoy them.
