- 1/2 Tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 Tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce or Tacos sauce
- 1 Tsp Tomato sauce
- 1 Tsp red chilli sauce
- 2 small chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup boiled kidney beans
- 1/2 Cup boiled corn
- For Prepare Salsa:
- 2 Small chopped tomato
- 1 Small chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp chopped coriander
- as per taste Chopped green chillies
- 1/2 Tsp oregano
- 1/3 Tsp roasted cumin powder
- as per taste Black pepper
- as per taste Salt
- 1/2 Tsp lemon juice
- For dressing:
- 1 mashed Avocado
- 1/2 lemon juice
- as per taste Salt
- 1/2 Tsp chopped coriander
- 1 Tsp olive oil(optional)
- For Assemble -
- 6-7 Taco shell (you can easily find in market)
- Some long chopped lettuce
- 1-2 Tbsp grated cheese
Instructions to make Veg Tacos
- Take oil in a pan.Add chopped onion and sauté well. Now add all coloured pepper/capsicum.,add chopped red/green chilli and sauté well. Now add salt,crushed black pepper, oregano,red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder,garlic powder and mix it well.



- Now add BBQ sauce/ Tacos sauce, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce and mix well. Now add chopped tomato and sauté for 3 minutes. Now add boiled kidney beans and mix well. Add boiled corn and cook for 3-4 minutes.



- Now mash partially. Sauté till all water absorbs. Kidney beans mix/Stuffing is ready.

- Prepare Salsa - Take chopped tomatoes in a bowl, add chopped onion, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, oregano, roasted cumin powder,black pepper, salt,lemon juice and mix it well. Now salsa is ready to use.

- For dressing- Take avocado in a bow and mashed it,add lemon juice,salt chopped coriander, olive oil(optional) and mix them well.
- Assemble Taco - Take Taco shell, put some chopped lettuce,then put beans mix, then avocado dressing, then salsa,grated cheese. Enjoy yummy.
